La formation en ligne pour les bénévoles habilite les bénévoles à préparer et à présenter les programmes de JA, et aussi à planifier la façon dont ils partageront leurs expériences et leçons apprises avec les étudiants. La formation offre aux bénévoles des options flexibles pendant qu’ils améliorent leurs compétences en communication, en présentation et en leadership. La formation en ligne pour les bénévoles a été rendu possible grâce à un don de la Fondation Richardson à la mémoire de Royden Richardson, un bénévole qui a servi JA durant de nombreuses années.
